Evaluating resources

Prepare a blog post of approximately 400 words where you use your knowledge of the four elements of strategic HR acquired from the reading in the previous section to do the following:

  1. Give an example from your own experience of each of the four HR elements (selection and placement, job design, compensation and rewards, and diversity management).
  2. Explain how HR’s participation along these key roles, contributed to the success of the organization.

Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each other’s experience.
