Prepare a blog post of approximately 500 – 600 words where you:

1. State the good or bad example of decision-making you selected.
2. Explain why you think they were poor choices.
3. Explain why and how you think these positively or negatively affected WorldCom.
4. If the decisions were faulty, explain how they could have been made better (e.g. more thinking, better information etc).

Remember to tag (WordPress) or label (Blogger) your blog post using the course tag: Planning and managing organisations/PMAN103/tag

Note that you can also record your reflections in a written journal, if you prefer, but sharing your insights with your classmates means that you can trigger a discussion that may lead to a deeper understanding as we can all benefit from each other’s experience.
