- State the good or bad examples of planning and strategy you selected.
- Explain why you think they were poor choices. If you selected a moment when planning or strategy wasn’t used, explain why you feel it should have.
- Explain why and how you think these positively or negatively affected WorldCom.
- Give examples of alternative planning and strategy choices you think could have worked out better for the company.
