Who what how why when

During the project execution, the project manager would have been providing various reports to all team members and stakeholders. However, post-project-management reporting differs from status or progress reporting.

At the completion of the project, the sponsor and your management team will be interested in the performance review undertaken and the lessons learnt. They will not be interested in the details already provided, but this report should provide an overview of problems faced and lessons to take away for next time. The focus should be on identifying practices and processes that could be transferred to future projects (or passed on to other project managers within the organisation).
