One of the key tasks at the end of the project is to review the performance of the various project elements. As well as outcomes, this type of performance review should also include the participants both internal and external (suppliers).
Re-read the section Post-Project Evaluations (up to and excluding Archiving of Document) in the prescribed textbook (Web | PDF), Chapter 18 (pages 153 and 154 in the PDF version).
