1. Think about a business idea that you have had.
    • How would you explain your idea to someone? Why is your idea worth investigating further? In what way is your idea innovative?
  2. Consider possible risks around your idea, and make some notes on these. Remember that risks are not just about finances.
  3. Now consider potential rewards, and make some notes. Again, don’t forget to think about non-monetary rewards as part of your ‘big picture’.
