Learning output actions

Prepare a blog post summarising your marketing campaign, covering the following components:

  1. Describe the context, i.e. location and target customer segment in one or two sentences.
  2. Post a short paragraph (about 200 words) or bullet points summarising your proposed marketing campaign.
  3. List the team members and corresponding skill sets you would like to recruit for this volunteer group.
  4. Summarise the top four strategies you will adopt to build and lead an effective team (about 300 – 400 words).
  5. Explain how the OERu organisational culture and project context informed the strategies you adopted for leading an effective team (about 150 – 200 words.)
