- Read Chapter 10 on Project scheduling in the prescribed textbook (Web | PDF) (pages 72-80 (just before “Creating a Network Diagram) in the PDF version).
- This is a detailed but important case study.
- We recommend that you work through each phase: WBS, activity lists and dependencies, milestones and activity sequencing.
